Terms of sale
Proud & Fabulous is a trading name of MEETRA TECHNOLOGIES LTD — 90B Grande Rue, 89400 Bassou, France.
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern any purchase made on proudandfabulous.com between MEETRA TECHNOLOGIES LTD, trading as Proud & Fabulous (the "Seller"), and any non-trader natural person (the "Customer").
2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual. Products are sold subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the Customer is notified by email and refunded within 14 days.
3. Pricing
Prices are in euros, VAT included, shipping excluded. The Seller may change prices at any time; orders are billed at the price in force at validation.
4. Orders
Orders are placed online. Cart validation implies full acceptance of these Terms. A confirmation email summarises the order.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal through Shopify Payments. The Seller never stores card data.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and fees are detailed on the Shipping & returns page. Orders ship from Bassou, France.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, no reason required. Return shipping is at the Customer's expense. Items personalised through the Studio (Customer-chosen artwork) are excluded from withdrawal (art. L.221-28 3°).
8. Legal warranties
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code). To enforce them, write to hello@proudandfabulous.com.
9. Customer service & mediation
Any complaint: hello@proudandfabulous.com. Failing an amicable resolution, the Customer may refer the dispute free of charge to mediator CM2C (cm2c.net) or to the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under French courts.
