Processing time
Orders are packed with love in 1 to 2 business days from our Bassou workshop (France). During drops and holiday seasons add 1 to 2 days — we'll keep you posted by email.
Carriers & delivery times
- Mainland France: Colissimo tracked, 2-4 business days; Mondial Relay, 3-5 business days.
- European Union: Colissimo International, 4-7 business days.
- Switzerland, UK, rest of world: 5-10 business days; any customs duties are payable by the recipient.
Shipping fees
- France: €4.90 (Colissimo) or €3.90 (Mondial Relay) — free above €50.
- EU: €9.90 — free above €80.
- Rest of world: €14.90.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track from your account page.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item, in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags on). Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. Items personalised through the Studio cannot be returned (French Consumer Code art. L.221-28).
How to return
- Email us at hello@proudandfabulous.com with your order number.
- We confirm the procedure and return address within 24 working hours.
- Send the parcel tracked to: MEETRA TECHNOLOGIES LTD — Proud & Fabulous — 90B Grande Rue, 89400 Bassou, France.
- Refund within 14 days of receipt and inspection, to your original payment method.
Exchanges
To swap a size or colour, get in touch — we'll hold the new item and send a return label whenever possible.
Damaged, lost or undelivered parcels
Any carrier issue: open a claim within 14 days by writing to us — we handle the rest.
